Miss Mei’s service was awesome. She was very helpful and took care of everything. I could not have ask for better service. I will definitely go back to her for future trips.

Every time I go to Feiyang Travel, Daisy Ye looks annoyed the second you walk in. She rolls her eyes, acts like you’re wasting her time, and even talks to customers in a rude way — asking “What are you here for?” with an attitude. It’s honestly ridiculous and makes you feel so unwelcome. Worst customer service ever.

I have tried to use their service multiple times the past few years but they seem to be always too busy for me. Whenever I call inquiring about pricing for specific travel dates, I would always get the "please message on wechat and I will send you the information." Fine, but whenever I do message them after the phone call I never receive a response and am always left on read. I'm not sure if they are really that busy because there are occasions when I walk past their office where it's quiet. And today, I tried calling them multiple times during their business hours and no one is picking up. I am not sure how I feel about their customer service. The only reason I keep trying is really only because of the convenience since I am sometimes running errands in the neighborhood.
