Extremely disappointed with this travel agency. We booked our cruise months in advance, trusting them to guide us through the best experience possible. As the trip got closer, we noticed the price had dropped significantly — naturally, we reached out to ask for help getting a price adjustment or even a basic cabin upgrade. They did absolutely nothing to help us. No follow-up, no effort, no customer care. It felt like once they had our money, we were no longer a priority. What’s worse is that other travelers on the same cruise told us their agencies had no problem helping them adjust to the lower price. We were left paying more for less — simply because we chose the wrong agency. Save yourself the frustration. Book elsewhere with someone who actually cares about your trip and will advocate for you. We will never book through this agency again.
