When we bought the plane tickets, they reminded me that our tickets were the midnight flight and we needed to arrive at the airport the night before. They even helped us to reserve seats for in advance, which was a really thoughtful service.

Disgusting attitudes with no patience. Very unprofessional. Try to avoid this travel agency at all cost. Waste of time.
