Just the first appearance when you walk in the office should sound the alarms. It’s dirty and messy. Then the owners sloppy appearance didn’t help either. Thank you but no thank you.

The Owner of this place is completely unprofessional he didn't like the offer I made on a property and started cursing at me, screaming and yelling at me told me to get out and then started chasing me with his store sign it was a really crazy situation

If I could have given this dump "0" stars, I would have. From the moment I walked in, this place SCREAMS "Used Car Salesman" scam. The place is an utter mess, and the real estate agent on duty was disheveled and unprofessional. Don't waste your time doing business with a Used Car Salesman.

BUYER BEWARE! I approached the owner, Arthur about a year ago for assistance in refinancing my residential and commercial properties. At that time, he requested a good faith deposit of $10,000 which isn’t standard business practice for both properties. Since that time, I wasn’t given a term sheet and he was avoiding me at all costs. Without any communication, he relocated his office to his Manhattan location. I have called dozens and dozens of times over the past year and he avoids my calls . After calling the bank dealing with my refinancing, I found that the application was withdrawn. I have since filed a complaint with the Department of Financial Services and I look forward to seeing him in court. Seriously reconsider if you are thinking about using this company. He will only feed you lies and he brags about how he cuts corners and gets deals done. Stay away!
