I dropped off a package that already had the shipping label for fedex. To my surprise I was charged $3 as a fee to ship. That was the first time I was charged to use a drop off location. So just know that if you use this place to return any items (even if you paid for shipping and labeled the package) you will get an additional fee for using their facility as the drop off location.

Terrible service- unprofessional and not reliable. I dropped off a box for Adidas return. The guy supposed to scan the QR code for it. He didn’t even speak English he told me to put the box down and said all is good, i even showed him the code. Next thing you know they drop off the package back to me! No common sense especially when i live walking distance from this place! Why would i wanted to send the package? Might as well drop it off myself. Won’t be coming back there and i do not recommend it to anyone unless you speak Chinese.

They try to charge money to ship a package with free shipping Fed Ex should ban them!
