Easy to get to. But difficult parking. Good place for haircuts

They listen! I went to Amy and she does her best. I ask them to wash my hair once n they listen! Pleasant n price is right! I recommend because I have been to other salons on 85th street n I was very unhappy ❤️

Came here for color and it wasn’t even what I wanted. I wanted a honey brown/blonde and asked if they were able to do it with my hair color and they said yes, instead of telling me they weren’t able to, they made my hair a bright orange almost ginger color they then insisted on a trim so I said okay and they thinned out my ends so much with the thinning scissors. The worst part is is that I felt my scalp stiff and hurting as I brushed and I look and they BURNED my scalp. I go in to talk to them about it and they tell me it was already there when I went in. I continue to tell them I would’ve known if it was there and on top of that, if it was already there why put color and bleach on top of it? Doesn’t make sense. They are a business and instead of listening to their customers concern they acted like I was lying when I walked in to talk to them.

Avoid this place. Outdated hair stylists and poor taste in aesthetics. If you’re going for the 1990s look, then come here. Mom came for a medium wave perm, she came out looking like a lion with tight curls to the roots. The assistant was doing everything under no supervision from the so-called hair stylists. I had a haircut, and the hair washer was so rough in washing and brushing, also talking so loud to her coworkers - borderline screaming. They also do not know how to curl hair. The handheld hair dryers are also poor quality. First and last time coming here. I don’t know how this place has a 4 star.

Horrible!! The woman barber called Mon was unprofessional and was chatting on the phone while she was giving me a haircut. Obviously she is a horrible multitasker. I told her I want my hair to have more volume, but she cut like 40% of my hair and made my hair look thinner, it’s even thinner towards the end!!! I hate it so much, it’s the worst haircut I’ve had in years. The barber didn’t listen to you!!! I will never go back again. AVOID THIS PLACE!
