I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The employee who assisted us, a young man named Adnan, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I politely asked to speak with the manager, he responded by saying that he himself was the manager, which made the situation even more frustrating. His attitude was very disrespectful, he raised his voice several times even though we spoke calmly and politely the entire time. When we asked to see the photos on the computer before printing, he refused to turn the screen so we could view them, saying he didn’t know how to adjust it. This made the process unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the photos turned out very poor in quality, and we had to redo them at another location. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend this place based on how we were treated. The owner should seriously consider addressing this behavior and ensuring that staff are properly trained on customer service, professionalism, and basic respect when dealing with customers.
