As a city girl constantly on the go, finding someone who can deliver high-quality tailoring fast, without sacrificing service, is like striking gold. This tailor shop went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request with grace, skill, and the warmest professionalism I’ve experienced in a long time. They greeted me with a smile, handled my rush tailoring needs flawlessly, and brought true peace to what was otherwise a hectic day. These guys are amazing! I brought in a dress that felt way too tight in the neck area & uncomfortable with the heavy beading, the super nice tailor somehow let out the fabric and made it super comfortable to wear. They finished it very quickly too. Honestly, I don’t even know how they did it, it was like magic. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Totally recommend. Thank you

They did a phenomenal job taking in my 40th birthday gown. They were fast & professional. They did forget one detail I asked for, hence the 4 stars. But they sewed it on when I came to pick up the dress. Will definitely use them again!

Short version: friendly staff but my $600 Armani suit jacket is absolutely mangled. Long version: brought a jacket in and had a decent fitting - quoted a bit high but hey, it’s Armani. I read some bad reviews, but a few good ones too so decided to just go for it. *Interstellar meme of me screaming at my past self* Picked up today and it was it was honestly butchered. Awful whip-stitching, bunched, uneven fabric at the seams and a scissor gash they just forgot to close. I felt a little gaslit at by staff saying the imperfections “could be pressed out” and that I “maybe forgot what it looked like before” (lol), spoke to the manager (who to his credit was relatively nice), got my partial refund and just got the heck out of there. I’m obviously dumb for ignoring the reviews and there are much bigger things in the world than my stupid suit, but please, reader, learn from my mistake. PS: Hoping to find a tailor that can save what’s left of it so if any of you have a recommendation please let me know, lol.

Ruined two separate pairs of pants then explained to me how tailoring is an art. Manager was supposed to call me to discuss refund and never called. Wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. You shouldn’t have to pay upfront for work that isn’t performed. No recourse when something goes wrong.
