Fluffy Paws Pet Supplies & Grooming

I love this pet store. The owner is an awesome woman, very friendly, helpful and kind hearted. Always delivers in her promises and has better prices than chewy and amazon, if not then the same but never higher. Would highly recommend buying from this store.

Fluffy Paws is the BEST pet store at Bay Ridge neighborhood!! The owners are humble and down to earth.They had everything I needed for my dog, and the groomer name David does a wonderful job, I highly recommend it.

The women who run this shop are very kind, they helped me find a dress and perfect fitting harness just based on pictures of my little beagle and they fit her perfectly. While I was there they also called another customer back in to fix a charge, which shows a beautiful amount of integrity.

I did have a 5star but changed it to 3..I love the ppl & the groomer (he always does a great job) However after years of going here the regular lady there charges me $120 & I get 5 cats shaved here!!! out of nowhere charges me $157 not including the tip. For that price I can get my cats done at a mobile groomer.

My review is just about GROOMING, not the shop!!! If you have Pomeranian, then never go to this place to groom your pet! They just have no idea how to do Pomeranian grooming! (I don't know about other breeds). Awful! Awful! Awful! My pom always had long beautiful fur. We asked for shortening just a little bit (JUST A LITTLE BIT) husband even showed on the dog as well, but the result terrified! The hair is almost to the skin, even the haircut is not even. Some parts are long, some are short! We paid $80 for destroying my beautiful pet's fur!
