Sometimes I buy things and drop off package at this pharmacy. They have nice services and the staff are very friendly. It’s so convenient.

I can buy generic medicines and they really suggest it to customers to have a low cost med with same results.

First and foremost never again, even if I’m dying of the flu again and need to take medicine I will travel all the way to forest hills. At least they know about teamwork and doing their job CORRECTLY. Now I asked prior to see if they take my insurance and a man answered and stated yes, I proceeded the next day to walk in and pick my medicine up , keep in mind I have FLUB and I was wheezing. So the lady in the front ask for insurance card , not even ID to match the names ? Thought to myself that’s odd, proceeded and gave her my phone because it’s electronic ins card. Now she took it wrote the information and didn’t really know what she was doing that she kept asking the pharmacist who wasn’t helpful where do I go? What’s next? What do I do? In the system Clearly I’m here wheezing and all pale. So the pharmacist didn’t care and was in here chair. I was so fed up that I had to speak up , I told the pharmacist “I don’t mean to be disrespectful but I’m really sick I have a fever can you please assist her because she clearly needs help”. I went outside because I got worked up and came back to pay, then the pharmacist proceeded to talk to me and I told her it’s fine this will be the last time. As a health care worker she didn’t even ask the 5R which are very important especially for new patients example right patient , right drug, right dosage , right route and right time ? Like cmon also the picture below shows I didn’t even get a measuring cup for my medicine. For 4. Something stars you guys need more like 2 stars.

Owner or manager who ever he is,is very disrespectful and has no manners no communication skills. Horrible first time experience
