I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the emergency hospital that took me in yesterday. After the ambulance brought me in, the staff welcomed me warmly, acted quickly, and helped me so much. I came in with severe bleeding and very low blood pressure, They did everything they could for me, and we discovered that my baby was still there, which brought me so much relief. This was actually my second time at this hospital, and both experiences have been incredibly positive. The doctors, nurses, and the entire staff were amazing.

I recently visited the emergency room after hurting my finger. I understand that hospitals can get very busy, but my experience left me feeling a bit disappointed. The staff at the front desk were kind and tried their best to manage everyone, but I ended up waiting about six to seven hours before being seen by a doctor. When I was finally called in, the check-up lasted only about five minutes. The doctor quickly looked at my finger, gave me some medicine, and handed me papers to visit another clinic. After waiting that long, it was frustrating to leave without a full sense of care or answers about my injury. I understand the pressure ER staff face, but a little more communication or reassurance during the wait would have meant a lot. I truly respect the hard work of healthcare workers, but I hope the hospital can improve its patient communication and time management. Even small acts like giving updates or explaining next steps can make patients feel more cared for and less forgotten.

My mother came in for severe back pain and we came here because it was close to home. My mother couldn't sit or stand up from the chair, and was crying of agonizing pain. They did in fact wheel her inside but after that they put her in a room. The room was so dirty the sink had another patients urine sample by the sink. A doctor saw her for less than 10 minutes and left. Mind you we came in at 7:30pm. It was 2 hours later they picked her up for Xray scans as shown in the picture below. There were literally people at the station on their phones while the area around them was dirty. We left at 12:30am.

Too small and staff need to find a other job ! Everyone rude will never go there even if I am died. You wait the three the whole day just to send you home same day.

We arrived at the emergency department at 6:30 PM because my sister was experiencing severe stomach pain. People come to the ER expecting their pain and suffering to be treated quickly and seriously. It's now almost 10 PM and we are still waiting for a doctor to see her. The nurse first called her to ask about her symptoms and the second time to gather insurance information. Since then, we’ve just been waiting with no updates or care provided. Her pain has fluctuated—easing at times then coming back more intensely. It’s frustrating and concerning to see her in this condition without any medical attention for hours. When I asked the front desk for an update, I was told there was a delay due to a shift change that happened at 7:30 PM. That was over two hours ago yet we are still waiting. This kind of delay in an emergency setting is unacceptable. The lack of urgency and organization is alarming. People rely on emergency departments for timely treatment, not prolonged suffering. It’s hard to understand how a hospital can operate like this and why there isn’t more oversight from the City to hold it accountable. If nothing changes, this kind of care could endanger lives instead of saving them.
