Terrible customer service and lack of skill. The UGG boots i got returned was in a state that could no longer be worn. When I tried to discuss why that was the case, they quickly became defensive and put fault on me as the customer. Be warned that the customer service and communications are very very poor and the skillset is extremely bad.

The new owner doesn’t know how to do the business. When I came to drop off my laundry. She told me she was so busy , she can’t take care of me. I told her I just drop it off and will pick up tomorrow. She looks me like I am coming to give her trouble, I am not give her business, I am a trouble makers. I putted my laundry on the weight and tell her I will pay her when I pick up, then I try to leave. She said I need the receipt, I am agreeing that. So I tell her just give me the receipt the I can go, so keeping complain about she was so busy, and I don’t understand how busy she is. Standing there talking about shit about 10mins still don’t want give receipt. Told me need to wait about 20mins for one receipt.She lost customer, I will never be back. I feel so bad, I dropped off my laundry every week about 2 years.

Old and broken dryers. If there’s any issue with dry cleaning or machines. Its on you. Be aware of it. They miss spots on dry cleaning and i had to ask them to redo it. What a waste of time..And I put quarters into wrong machine because they didn’t put changed label for top and bottom machine. They blamed on repairman and refused to give me back the quarters at first. At the end, they gave me back my quarters, its was just few quarters, not a big deal. But I'm surprised that they refused at first and not accepting the fact that they should label the top and bottom machine accurately. that’s their responsibility..
