It was a very bad experience. The cashier adjusted the colors for me according to his own ideas. I was talking to him to adding quarter shiny, but he was give to me a quarter can and half shiny, and he never asking me about how much shiny need. I don’t understand how he can made this kind mistake. After that , I was talking to him that is not right and return it, but he told me no return available, and he asking me , “ do you think $22 is enough for one gallon cost? “ That is so funny, this is first time I am shopping here and how I can imagine the price cost ?

Very expensive prices, go to a different benjamin moore dealer if you can.

We have been using their products for many years and feel that the quality is good, but the quality they are selling now is particularly poor. Recently we bought a 5 gallon bucket of semi-gloss white paint. The customer complained that it was an expired product, so we bought other brands of paint to repaint. Does anyone have the same experience as me?

Avoid this location , it is a scam . I bought three cans of one gallon exactly same custom color paint from them in two different days (2 days apart). First time I bought two cans . It was $26.99 per can.(mike is the cashier) second time I bought one can for $20 .99 different cashier. When I pointed it out, the cashier or the owner did not want to take care of the issue in the honest way , so I just walked away without saying anything else and decided to put it on line. (People makes mistakes if they been honest about it . I will not go public) I will keep posting negative review on here until I decide not to .
