Forest Hills Gastroenterology

Today I was seen by Dr.Azeem Khan's P.A. Brandon Rego for my G.I. follow up. I was more than surprised to have P.A.Brandon Rego explained my recent procedures so explicitly to me. He is a very experienced P.A. in his profession. I asked him many questions which he explained quickly and clearly without any hesitation. I was very impressed by his experience. Thank u P.A. Brandon Rego. My special thanks to DR.Azeem Khan , and DR.Houseini who did my endoscopy. I do recommend this facily to anyone...

It was an awesome experience. The administrative assistants were very cordial. The staff were very professional and treated me with respect and care. The doctors and anesthesiologist had the best bedside manners. The office was exceptionally clean. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs the BEST care.

Im only giving it 5 stars because my PA Brandon and my receptionist were perfect including one of the receptionist for dermatology that my mom was in for, and one girl that took her picture (09/29/2025) at around 1-2pm, literally was so disrespectful. So the 5 stars are thanks to everyone else but that one receptionist needs to be fired. Thankyou to everyone else for making her rudeness tolerable by having excellent service. Hope me and my mother never have to see her again or else I would not want to go. I wish I had her name but she was working 1-3pm front desk on the right side where it’s open

My experience with DR DAYNA PANCHAL was absolutely exceptional. She was kind understanding, had a lot of patience and even took notes for me. She took the time to google things for me to purchase otc to help with my issue. She is amazing and I feel bad I’m giving her 3 out of 5 stars. She deserves 5 stars!!! However, what made my experience somewhat disappointing was one of the young ladies at the front desk forgot to put my information into the system I was waiting for more than 2 hours to be called but was in so much pain and discomfort that if it was not for her coligue who seemed way more experienced and attentive ( spanish young lady) who asked me for my name and noticed I was sitting there for a long time. Very appreciative of her as well. I’m not sure if the other young lady was new but things like this should not be overseen she didn’t seem concerned or regretful when she was told and never offered an apology. I was only offered apologies by the doctor and the other front desk coordinator multiple times on her behalf. Meeting all patient needs to the best of her ability should be her priority.

I have arrived at 95‑25 Queens Blvd, 3rd Floor, Rego Park for my 8:20 AM colonoscopy appointment on 9 Feb 2026 but the facility was closed which is confirmed by security. I came at 7:30 AM and have been fasting for 32 hours with almost no sleep for two nights. My family also suffered a lot due to the frequent use of bathroom visits required for the preparation. Given repeated call to them but nobody picked my phone. While asked again to security they said Quebec is closed. Waited there for an hour with my wife and finally come back home. They have given several text to attend on time and follow their instructions. They could easily call me or send text not to come. Abdullah Faruque,
