Almost all my family is visiting this office to a different specialists for a number of years. They are all very professional and satisfaction is guaranteed. The office is clean and cozy, the management is prompt. Doctors and staff did a great job with helping out doing all required paperwork cooperatively
Received a call from them regarding an appointment the doctor wanted to make for me a year after she saw me. Told them a long time ago to stop calling me and take me off of their call list. Seems they’re desperate for patients. Never got my blood test results back since they lost it and wanted me to go back for another 4 hour wait to get my blood taken. The secretary who called me couldn’t even give me information regarding the appointment or my previous visit, she just asked me if I could make it ?? No thanks. Stop soliciting!!!
I could not give a minus 0 star. i was a new patient. Had an appointment for 9am waited for more than an hour, so i left, received call that my appointment was for 10 when i stated THAT MY CARD SAID 9AM AND HAD RECEIVED A CALL THE NIght bEFORE to confirm she apologized, and wanted to reschedule. NEVER again will i return to this office. 10 vials of blood for nothing. very UNPROFESSIONAL. Guillermo Quiles
If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. The doctor I saw was knowledgable and kind, but nothing can surpass the rudeness and incompetence of the administrative/nursing staff. The girl at the desk asked me "What is your problem? You have a rash or something? Is it your skin? " in front of an open waiting room area, completely disregarding all privacy, HIPAA, or common decency rules. The question was also completely asinine given that my appointment was to see a DERMATOLOGIST. The nurse's assistant was even more rude. When she saw scars on my skin, she said "Ew", audibly. She literally just stared at me when it came time to draw blood, and I had to ask her, "Do you need my arm?", "Which arm do you need?" for each step of the procedure. At the end of the procedure, she said, "You need to make a follow up," and, again, literally just stared at me until I asked, "Are you asking me to make a follow up now? Or are you telling me that I need to make a follow up, so I should call back when I know my schedule?" I was forced to go back, unhappily, to get my lab results, and I witnessed these same two incredibly rude administrative/nursing assistants ridiculing another customer who couldn't see where the nurse assistant was when she was around the corner from his view. I'm sure there are qualified doctors at this location, but I left the Forest Hills Health Center and would never go back. I would tell all friends and family to stay as far away from this place as possible.
Been a patient for about 2 1/2 years since the office was in corona front desk lady with glasses always great and attentive today inhad an appt for 8 am called made them aware inwas running late they said no problem at my arrival after getting the ok and wasting money in a cab they tell me i am unable to be seen i ask to speak with Dr. Barnes he comes out and says hes fully booked yet i was the only patient in that waiting room Dr. Barnes tells me I have cancelled a few appts i say yes I have cancelled NOT NO SHOW bc my moms been ill and has been in and out the hospital which is why i ran late today i leave and call to speak to the manager she tells me that there is a 15 minute grace period but again i arrived at 8:13… i am explaining to Denay the office manager that if there were no patients and inwas within the grace period why can i not be seen? She giggled and said you are very frustrated… i am in disbelief with everything the world is like it is bc of nonsense like this you woukd think in the medical field there would be more compassion and understanding but obviously not
