Found my new plumber. I called them when I had an emergency flood in my basement from a backup. They arrived quickly to perform a drain clean and sump out the water. They cleaned thoroughly and really helped me out a lot. Thank you 😊 🙏🏽

I hired them for my parents home in forest hills. I decided to go with a local company and it was a great choice. They fixed their heat and works fine. My parents are very happy. Quality service and easy to work with

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. Extremely unprofessional and borderline unethical. We hired them for an emergency burst pipe affecting the boiler and were quoted a price to repair it. They did not fix the problem, yet still charged $1,400 for approximately three hours of work. After taking the money, they claimed they would return to finish the job — they never did and never reached out to schedule anything. When we contacted Mike, the owner, he clearly did not care at all about the situation that we didn’t have heat or the fact that the job was left unfinished. No accountability, no follow-up, and zero concern for the customer. This company takes advantage of emergency situations, provides poor service, and then disappears. Save yourself the stress and money — avoid this plumber
