Forest Hills Senior Center - Queens Community House

Excellent place for seniors. It is nice, clean, many activities to participate, well organized, good food. I really appreciate the professionalism and politeness of the director of the center . She offers vegetarian food to vegetarians like me . I really enjoy the place.

Its ok, wasnt there too often, Not really sure how it is now.

Can someone explain why NORC services to Forest Hills seniors such as rides where one pays one way on a round trip by car service to doctor appointments is limited to only 3 buildings that surround Queens Communty House.Two people in your office, the social worker included,could not explain the reason. Do not recommend Acccess A Ride. Their drivers drive like cowboys and it has taken sometimes 2 hours to pick you up at your destination to go home.

Bull. Nobody is there to deal with seniors. They gave me a call but leaves no number to call them back.

I was at the senior center recently to visit a friend my friend is going through lots of pain and trouble there. The staff is not ready to help her she calls them several times but no one’s come to her aid she’s 70+and she don’t deserve this torture. I don’t want to mention any names but I left with no choice the nurses helping her name Mary she’s is very rude and disrespectful to the patients i saw her mistreated other patients who were on wheelchair and non verbal.
