My wife and I have lived in Forest Hills South for about four years. Overall, we're happy with our decision.

This is not in Flushing as the Google map suggested. This is in Forest Hills, half block away from Kew Garden subway station. We love our place ỉn Forest Hills South. The building is very clean. They improved the entrance lobby and it looks beautiful and high end. The garden is also well maintain. With 3 awesome fountains during warm season. There are many trees around like magnolia and cherry blossoms that you’ll enjoy during Springtime. Christmas decors and Holloween decors around the area are fabulous and fun. We have the best neighborhood.

I a very good place

Total scam. They charge you $1,800 of application/processing/move in/etc. fees and then reject your application without explanation. Stay away from apartments in this coop. Waste of time and money.
