Forest Urgent Care

Outstanding. I came in after a nearby accident. I had no appointment, yet the service was fast, and accurate. The physician was on spot, and had X rays taken. The staff was very helpful. Amazed to find this kind of service in our area.

I am thankful for this urgent care and go to it every time I have a random medical issue. Each and every time, irrespective of which doctor is present, they have been able to specifically diagnose, and provide exactly the correct prescription to rectify the medical issue I have. This ranges from hives, COVID, to a terrible cough. In fact for the cough, they prescribed me cough medicine that was outside the typical cough medicine I would typically receive for a primary and it alleviated my cough immediately. I don't rate many places five stars but between the accuracy of treatment, professionalism of the doctor, and the short wait times I've experienced, I would highly recommend.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Urgent Care Forest Hills. I was so impressed with the cleanliness, promptness and professionalism of the staff! I never go to Urgent Cares because I hear horror stories so I just wait to see my primary care at the veterans hospital. However, I had no choice because I couldn’t reach my primary physician. Dr. Lum is AWESOME! His bedside mannerism was impeccable! I am a registered nurse myself, however I don’t disclose this about me because I want the best care I can receive without the physician assuming I understand what is going on or he or she don’t need to further explain because they are not treating a lay person. So that is why I never disclose unless I have to. Once again, if I need to return to this urgent care, I would not hesitate at ALL!!!! Thank you again for my wonderful experience! Keep doing what you so as a team and I guarantee you will continue to receive positive reviews!!!

During a recent severe illness during the Christmas/New Years holidays, I was seen at this office 4 times by a different practitioner each time. Though I appreciated the help given to me from Dr's Shawn and Wong, I especially appreciated the professionalism, definitive diagnostic ability, and treatment rendered by Dr Lum. Under his care, I felt much more assured that I was being directed to the right course of treatment. Overall, the office experience was good.
