Frances Goodwin is fantastic. I had severe lower back problems in 2015-16, where even after 6+ months of PT I was only about 60% back to normal and didn't seem to be progressing any further. I still couldn't walk more than 5 minutes or so at a time without having to sit for a minute. I started seeing her in late 2015, and within a couple of sessions I had a remarkable improvement, and then after maybe 2-3 months, was completely cured - and have remained so ever since (i.e. about two years now). I'm sure it helps that I still do 40 minutes of stretching every morning, partly w/her exercises and partly w/some from my PT (which was also excellent - James Fowler PT, specifically Karen Wong) - but it was unquestionably the acupuncture that cured me.
