While we didn't get a free piano, we came away with a beautiful upright Yamaha and peace of mind that it was in good condition and covered by a one-year warranty. We had an easy and fun experience as Chris patiently and expertly reviewed just the right range of options for us. Both he and owner Camille were very warm and knowledgeable about the pianos. Purchased a Steinway Model B from Frank and Camille’s. Had help from store manager Chris Patti and also from Camille herself! The piano is incredible and the support from Frank And Camille’s was fantastic. Chris Patti went the extra mile for me and got the details from Steinway about the date of manufacture and original owner (from 1905!) Buying a piano is a huge investment.
