I don’t know what the deal is with these low star reviews. They seem suspicious. From my experience, Dr. Zheng and staff was professional from start to finish. From booking appointment with no hick ups to honoring appointment time, the day of. Dr. Zheng knew what the diagnosis was immediately and spoke in depth of all the options available to me. I’m grateful to have found him as I have seen many eye doctors previously for this specific issue. The office is efficient and really goes above and beyond when needed. Dr. Zheng is an amazing doctor. So glad they’re around the neighborhood! Will continue to go to them and refer Dr. Zheng highly to anyone for any eye issues.

The team explained every single step with total transparency, personally walked me through all the risks, and made sure multiple times that I was truly ready before moving forward. They didn’t rush anything — in fact, they scheduled several follow-ups beforehand to make sure my eyes were in their best condition before the procedure. On the day of surgery, everything felt smooth, calm, and professional. The staff’s confidence and warmth immediately put me at ease. Waking up and being able to see clearly without glasses still feels surreal. I can’t recommend this practice enough — if you’re considering LASIK, this is the place to do it!

I went to Dr. Zheng for cataract surgery. The office where they performed all the testing was very professional and the entire staff was very polite and thorough . Dr, Zheng explaine dthe issue with my eye competelya nd what would be the best lens for me. I completed the surgery with Dr. Zheng and I am extremely happy. My vision is amazing!

My dad got something stuck in his eye and we couldn’t find an ophthalmology office open or willing to take an emergency appointment on a Sunday. Came across Dr. Zheng’s office who happened to be open and was able to get a last minute appt in. The staff/front desk were all really nice and friendly. Most offices will typically have you fill out the registration form yourself, but they filled it out for all the elderly knowing they may have trouble filling in all the details. Also noticed the staff were all very patient explaining things to the more elderly patients and making sure they understood the details. That’s a level of care you don’t get just anywhere! Ultimately they were able to get what was stuck in my dad’s eye out and he left a happy man again. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a good eye doc!
