I stopped by quickly for a pair of ballet shoes. I was able to pick up a cute cherry blossom leotard and I’ll be back for my pointe shoe fittings!

Great selection of ballet and dance outfits and accessories. Highly recommended for point shoes, especially for wider feet. Book an appointment to be able to have a better experience and ensure someone is dedicated to serving you.

I normally order over the phone and I am helped very quickly. Julie stores all of my info in the system to ensure fast checkout and shipping. The only thing that frustrates me is their lack of stock in my size but they always recommend makers to try and do their best to get you into comfortable shoes.

Arrived 30 min before closing on a normal weekday — no one picked up their phone or buzzer to let me in. Not very professional…

DISAPPOINTING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT FREED LONDON USA!! Defective shoes and unfulfilled promises. I regret to share my recent experience with the Freed London USA store, which has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Upon receiving my order, I discovered the shoes were defective, prompting me to contact customer service for a resolution. Initially, an upgrade to a different model was offered as a gesture of goodwill, only to have that offer retracted later. Furthermore, despite my request for a full refund while I get the defected shoes fixed, the company has insisted on me returning the shoes before issuing a refund. I am now left with defected shoes that I have to fix out of pocket and no refund. This lack of flexibility and adherence to policy over customer satisfaction has deeply disappointed me! The unfulfilled promises, poor handling of defective products, and refusal to accommodate reasonable requests have showcased a disregard for customer care and support. I am left feeling undervalued as a customer and disheartened by the overall experience. The London store has a way better shopping experience and better customer service. I hope the US team gets a better grip on customer service..I will never be shopping here again!!!
