Fresh Patisserie in Long Island City gave me an experience I’ll never forget. The night before Valentine’s Day—when every store is overwhelmed and most would simply turn you away—they went above and beyond in a way I’ve never experienced anywhere else. From the moment I walked in, the staff in the pastry section treated me with genuine care. Even though I hadn’t placed my usual pre-order, they didn’t hesitate for a second to help me put together a beautiful box of chocolate-covered strawberries. The gentleman behind the counter crafted a custom box that looked like it had been planned for weeks. He decorated each strawberry with such attention and creativity that it felt truly one-of-a-kind. There were special roses reserved for online orders only, but they made an exception just to make sure the gift for my wife was perfect. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed balloons—even though the market was minutes from closing and everything had already been put away. The manager himself stepped in, helping me choose from what was left, and even went all the way to the basement with another staff member to get strings so nothing was missing. They didn’t rush me, didn’t cut corners, and didn’t treat it like an inconvenience. They treated it like it mattered. They cared about every detail, every finishing touch, and because of them, my wife received a gift that meant the world to her. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, patience, and dedication. Fresh Patisserie has earned a lifelong customer.

Absolutely disgusting. And if you order delivery expect nothing you receive to look like the picture online. Like the key lime pie. See below. The crust is so think and gross and filling is the nasty and congealed. The peanut butter bar is just a thick piece of fudge with peanut cream and peanut butter chips/choc chips on it. that is not what was in the picture. What is wrong with you people. I wasted so much money on this absolute crap. Response to owner: the real disrespect is between you and customer for gaslighting them with pictures of desserts that don’t even exist, as they’re not what you’re sending. And that’s nice you have a dedicated team but there are severe quality control issues. The key lime pie did not taste good. The crust is equal to ratio of filling and it’s dense + tastes nothing like graham crackers—how is that even possible? And the filling tasted like congealed condensed milk jelly with essence of lime. And the peanut butter bar was nothing like the photo. The bar is all fudge with a peanut butter afterthought and it’s too dense to eat. Believe I wish it wasn’t gross but both were. So you can choose to ignore my review and continuing making excuses for the misrepresented, subpar food that is discussed multiple times in these reviews. I wish I had googled and read the reviews prior to ordering and that’s on me. 3/5 stars on google reviews is not good and a lot of people on here bring up repeatedly that the pics look nothing like the actual dessert. And you don’t have to worry about me ordering anything from here. If I do, I’ve fallen into a fugue state and confused you with one of the accurately represented bakeries like Martha’s or Layers whose items match the pictures showing respect to their clients by not gaslighting them.

Love their packaging when ordering online from them. Their spinach pie is the best. Lemon cake piece wasn’t good so we couldn’t finish it. Love their cake pop however i wish if their pictures on grubhub matches the actual food. UPDATE: Very disappointed because their spinach pie used to be my favourite, it tasted horrible and embarrassed me because i brought another one for my mom. TERRIBLE!!! Threw them in trash they tasted so nasty
