Benny is patient and helpful. I called twice to check their hours of operation and asked a bunch of questions about service prices. He patiently answered my questions. I went there to get my passport photos taken since my aunt told me they did a good job helping her renew her passport. He took the time to retake them multiple times for me. That was even when there were maybe two other customers waiting, and I think they were there to book plane tickets, which I'd say would be more profitable for them, but Benny was still patient when helping me. He also took the time to explain to my mom the parts of her passport renewal application. He helped her fill out her application, took her pictures, gave her her passport photos. The other lady who was working was also very patient with a mom and two younger school aged kids. Services paid for: 1. For my mom: One passport renewal form filled out, passport photos, and mailing service. 2. For me: Passport photos and mailing service, and they will text me the tracking number. I thought I would have to pay the same price as my mom, but surprisingly mine was a bit cheaper I guess because I filled out my own form. I think for the time saved, it was worth their price since we only need to renew passports every ten years. I would recommend them, but they do get busy in their small office space, so if you would need to plan to wait a little bit. We got there around 2:12pm, waited until maybe 2:35pm because there was one to two customers ahead of us, but they were faster customers, unlike me. We walked there, so it didn't make sense to walk back. There are small drink and food shops nearby.

The agent is very patient and professional. He has been helping my family book tickets for a couple of years. Also, the price is reasonable and service is pretty good.
