Funzy Indoor Playground Family Club

I did my daughter’s 3rd birthday here, and the event planner made everything so beautiful ! Gao, violet and the girls were so attentive and helpful with everything I needed. The playground was beautiful and clean, the kids had a blast as it was newly renovated. We were able to bring our own catered food/desserts as well, but they do distribute a few kid size pies of pizza for the kids. They took care of the decor, tending to guests and distributing the cake. Everyone was so sweet. Everything came out gorgeous . Thank you for everything :)

Son had so much fun! If I lived in flushing i would definitely get the membership! Some love and care needed on some equipment but overall we'll kept and clean. Snacks are overpriced. Apple sauce pouch was $3-$4 depending on card or cash. The small green gogo apple sauce packs that sell for like $10-$15 for a box of 20. Once the employee told me how much, I didnt bother asking her for the other prices.

Funzy is our new favorite weekend destination! My children had an amazing time. The environment is not only colorful and safe but also incredibly clean. What truly stands out is the variety of activities—from arts and crafts to interactive games. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a fun, worry-free day out with the little ones!

Spacious, clean, but gets packed quickly indoor play! The price is $36 for 2 hours is reasonable for this size of indoor play. However, if you have siblings, it’s only extra $20 per kid. If you want a bigger and better deal, I suggest get the 12 or 20 package which brings down the average cost significantly. Be sure to check if there are any private parties in place first, otherwise you’d have to wait until it’s over (usually around 1:30pm on weekends). When we first enter there was a mad rush of kids and people getting it. It filled up super quickly and by the time we were leaving there were just way too many kids running around everywhere all at once. I don’t think it’s suitable for kids under 2 as there’s not a lot of play options for them and they might get run over. It also looks like they did a major remodeling and added an additional jungle gym in the back area. Before you leave be sure to ask for a special parking coupon if you parked inside the mall at the lower levels. All in all, not bad place for toddlers to burn their energy!

This place may look nice, but our experience there was deeply upsetting. I traveled 45 minutes by bus from Jamaica to Flushing with my 2 years old daughter so she could have a fun day playing with other children. Instead, she was repeatedly excluded in a way that felt very much like racism. The staff were not the issue. The problem came from the behavior of some of the parents and children. My daughter is only two years old and very friendly she simply wants to play with other kids. However, every time she tried to join a game, the other children would immediately leave and go play somewhere else. This did not happen just once; it happened multiple times throughout our visit. And I noticed some parents were looking at her sideways. It was very clear and very painful to watch. I even recorded some of these moments on video because the situation was so obvious and kept repeating itself. My child and I are Black, and watching a toddler be treated as if she doesn’t belong was heartbreaking. No parent should travel that far hoping to give their child a joyful experience, only to witness them being excluded again and again. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last.
