Angela and her team are amazing! They payed attention to detail and cared for my special needs shitzu so well. Angela has experience with aggressive dogs and made sure Hercules was ok the entire time. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to take your pet. I was a little apprehensive about trying a new groomer because my pooch is a little anxious, and I had a bad experience in the past when my dog got ear infections after He returned from a groomer. But I trusted this place base on the very good positive reviews I found on google. They certainly took a very good care of him. The Staff was very friendly and professional as soon as we walked in, they even allowed my pooch to get familiar with the place. The haircut was really well done, Blu came back with a very nice soft hair, He smelled really good and was very happy, that behavior told me that They really gave him the care he deserves. I can really noticed that they love what they doing. Thank you Furry Planet Pet grooming. I hope this review will be useful to all the pet parents like me. I can say the this is the only grooming place I will trust to bring my beloved pooch. Blessings!

I have been taking Archie to this salon for many years. The owner lady she is very professional, she listens to you, she is sweet and kind. Archie walks out happy looking great and smelling delicious. Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend this place. They did an amazing job and were patient with my dog. He is very energetic and does suffer from separation anxiety. They got rid of every matting and followed instructions. He looks better than ever. Will be coming back!

I will not be returning here. The first time around they botched my dog’s haircut. It was super uneven and choppy. I decided to give them a second chance just for a wash because he did come out smelling good last time. But this time around I left furious. I dropped my dog off at around 2:20. The lady called me at around 3:10 letting me know that she has to go to lunch. When will I be around to pick up my dog. I told her I was on my way that I was on a foot, I would arrive at 3:45. She said OK no worries somebody else will be here. I walk over with my seven month old. I get there at 3:40 but when I arrive I see that the lights are off and the store is shut and no one‘s there. I call and the store and the owner picks up, she lets me know that the girl had an emergency and she had to leave. I tried explaining that there really is no excuse for my animal to have been left there alone in the dark unattended. She told me that no one would be around until another half hour. I tried to explain to her that I have a seven month old and I’m waiting outside in the cold. All she had to tell me was that there’s nothing that can be done. She’ll be there in 30 minutes. I was so furious. If I knew they were going to leave my dog unattended, locked up in a cage, in the dark with no light, I would’ve tried to take a cab to get there sooner. I find this to be animal abuse and neglect. I wouldn’t advise or recommend anyone to bring their dog. I reported the facility to 311 for animal neglect. I can only blame myself for giving them a second chance.
