Future Renovators, led by Michael Humala, did a great job on my ceilings in my two bedroom apartment in Brooklyn Heights. I had old popcorn ceilings, which they scraped and skim coated to a level 5 finish. They were easy to work with—good communication and on schedule (a 4 day job). The pricing was transparent and very reasonable. I would work with Michael again.

Loved the work Future Renovators did on upgrading my Nail Salon they were patient and very attentive to details that I wanted and needed specifically for the decor I wanted. They cleaned up, had immaculate customer service and even offered furniture and rubble removal. Overall my customers and I am very pleased at how well everything turned out.

Future Renovators, Mike and his crew, did a fantastic job! Mike is the boss and is a dream to work with. I particularly like how communicative he is ; he is very easy to reach, gives updates, and is very fast to respond to any questions about your project. He is very reliable! Also, my project was completed fast and efficiently. The workers cleaned up very nicely , and did an excellent job. Mike was on site checking in & making sure everything is being done correctly. My project: Mike & his crew did all new wood flooring, they fixed a wall that was crumbling (filled it in, smoothed it out, repainted etc), and installed new bathroom tiles. Also, he mentioned that a paint job comes with a 2-year warranty. The pricing is very reasonable. An estimate for a project is free, I would definitely recommend Mike @ Future Renovators! I'm going to definitely be hiring them again.
