Garden OB/GYN at Queens Boulevard

I had an amazing experience at this OB-GYN office. Dr. Samantha was absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff was just as incredible. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, kind, and welcoming. The office itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The wait time was also amazing — everything moved efficiently, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. Alicia, who handled my bloodwork, was especially great and made the process easy and stress-free. The receptionist and every team member I encountered were professional, friendly, and truly cared about making patients feel at ease. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an exceptional OB-GYN experience. The level of care, comfort, cleanliness, and compassion here is outstanding!

Dr. Ingrid Flores is truly the best doctor a woman could ask for. She listens attentively and cares about the concerns of her patients. The rest of the care team at the Garden OB/GYN facility is also exceptional—always kind, supportive, and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend them!

Expect to still be there around noon for a 10:30 appointment. I usually wait at least 30 minutes just to be called in, then have blood work done, and afterwards they send me back to the lobby to wait another 30 minutes for the doctor. I don’t understand why this process isn’t streamlined so patients can be seen efficiently once inside. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this office. My first appointment with this facility had to be rescheduled multiple times because the call center they use does not seem to be on the same page as the office. When I went to the visit I was forced to wait over 3 hours for an appointment I was 30 min early to. When I ask the staff if everything is OK, they dismiss me only to later discover they pulled a hipaa and put another patients consultation in my chart. As if that wasn't bad enough, now I am being hassled everyday for a copay to an appointment I canceled 3 times with the call center. The same call center they utilized to relay important clinical information that should be delivered by an actual clinician not an administrative representative that can barely pronounce let alone define the clinical terms they a regurgitate. No thank you.

This has to be the worst experience all around for obgyn. I went for regular care, never met the obgyn only the PA. My results were never on their portal nor a call from the office to inform me until I insisted with the help line. I needed a medication sent to the pharmacy due to the results and they were not concerned nor aware of this. They don't follow thru on care. This an mill obgyn. They collected my copay $50 and 7 month later get a collection agency letter that I owe $60. I never received a bill nor a reason for this additional payment. The collection agency has a hold time of more than 1 hr and can't get a human. Stay away, there are plenty of other options.
