My visits to the gynecologist have always been great. The staff is super kind and attentive, and even though sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, I completely understand that every patient has different needs, and it’s not the staff’s fault. They make me feel comfortable and heard at all times. The doctors and nurses are lovely and professional; they always explain everything with patience and clarity. You can really tell they genuinely care about their patients. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place where you’re treated with respect, warmth, and professionalism.🫶🏻

I've been going here for years. I like how they have the late afternoon schedule making it convenient for those of us that have to work during the day. Staff is always very pleasant and professional. Doctor on my last appointment went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable during my pap smear, she is truly the best.

RUN AWAY from this place ! This place is complete chaos and a massive waste of time. They close without any notice, randomly change their hours and post completely different schedules whenever they feel like it good luck finding out in advance. Their online patient portal for lab results? It simply DOES NOT WORK. It’s a bad joke: the website crashes, doesn’t load, or doesn’t exist. Want your blood test / lab results? They force you to request them by FAX (yes, fax… in 2026). They don’t use email, don’t have WhatsApp, don’t have any modern way to communicate. Communication is nonexistent: you call and nobody answers, you leave voicemails and they never call back. Customer service is terrible some of them rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. You never know who’s actually helping you because staff turnover is insane; people seem to come and go constantly. Bottom line: total disorganization, prehistoric technology, zero respect for patients’ time or health. If you care about your sanity and getting reliable medical care, Go anywhere else .

Last time, I had a doctor's appointment and came with my daughter. The service was quick. Now, my appointment was at 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:48 AM, waited for the receptionist, and checked in on the tablet (a WOMAN not wait my turn and she took tablet). 45 minutes passed and I wasn't seen. I spoke to reception and they told me I would be seen now and that I should wait. How many more minutes? WHAT'S THE POINT OF AN HOUR-LONG APPOINTMENT IF YOU'RE NOT SEEING ME AFTER AN HOUR OR 45 MINUTES? ...and on top of that, they didn't even give me a urine test... nothing.

I personally wouldn’t recommend this office to any person who cares about hospitality, good customer service and attention to detail. Finding a doctor that actually cares about their patients is essential. I came in this office looking to get a swab and a test panel. The office failed to provide me with all the results I asked for in my first visit! I therefore scheduled another appointment to speak to a professional and get medical advice. The same day of my appointment, the doctor calls me in a PRIVATE number to tell me that I don’t have to come in. Is this professional ladies? I thought it was a prank call and go into the office just to find out they did not test me for nothing I asked for! I left disappointed and upset. This office has to do better with their staff.
