I had several properties in Brooklyn NY which I purchased and sold. I worked with many Real Estate companies and agents. Gelfand Realty was the best one I had business with. Excellent initial property analysis, professional selling and buying strategies, superb advertisement, highly intelligent communications with prospective sellers and buyers, availability, constant support- these are not even a touch of everything this company would offer you once you become their client. I would like to tell everyone, I am not involved in this company and have no any relationships with Gelfand Realty besides business of selling out my last property in NY which was successfully sold this February. I am a resident of Tennessee and have no interest in advertising them . I am writing this just because I was extremely pleased with their help. The best real estate agent and a very good person to communicate too. Also very knowledgeable in his field. I called him over the weekend, without ever talking to him before, because I was dealing with issues with our tenant not paying rent. He not only spend time talking and explaining what's our options are, but gave us real solutions and experienced people to contact to.
