I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. The front desk made the check-in process quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and answered all of my questions patiently. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ health and comfort. The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made me feel confident about the level of care I was receiving. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and trustworthy dental team. I’ll definitely be returning for my future dental care.

The team was amazing! I got seen right away and my tooth was fixed the same day. I’m usually terrified of the dentist but this experience was great. Dr Roman and Kim were so good, definitely recommend.

Dr. Sham is a wonderful doctor and cares about his patients. He doesn't rush when he is working and always ask if you are doing OK. And Ms. Kim is an excellent assistant. Who makes sure you are very well taken care of. The main reason I come here is because of these two wonderful people. If you need a dentist, this is definitely the place to come to. P.S.: When he is giving me my needle, I feel no pain. I love it.

Awesome experience! Dr. Sham made my tooth extraction smooth and easy, explaining everything so clearly. Kim, his dental assistant, is super sweet and calming, she instantly puts you at ease. And Stephanie at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming! Love this team!

On 12/29/2025 I went to Gentle dental as an emergency As my dentist was out of town. And was not do back until January. I had tremendous pain on a tooth that had a root canal and treatment of that root canal was started. I went there just expecting to be given some antibiotics and sent home. What i received was far more. The staff was so friendly and compassionate. I went there nervous and in pain. And from the receptionist, to the dental assistant to the Dr they were so patient and reassuring. Even though I didnt have an appointment. They took their time with me. Even gave me time as to weigh my options. I got treated like I been a patient of theirs all along. I highly recommend Gental Dental to anyone who is apprehensive, like me. As they certainly live up to their name Gentle dental. Thank you dr.boruchov and staff for the care you took with me.
