DO NOT USE this place. My fiance had surgery done in March 2017, and at this time impressions where done for a partial. Its five months later and they they are just getting the finished product back. NONSENSE, they are all liars, they are incompetent, their behavior is disgraceful, and to add to the list of problems, the secretary is the worst, completely worthless, has a lack of knowledge, has a bad attitude, and remember this is the first point of contact. I called several times since March and was told there's a problem with the lab. In situations as such someone has to take the blame. I have contacted NYS Department of Health Office of Professional Medical Conduct. When that dentist obtained license to practice, there is a cod of ethics he must abide by. This is clearly patient abandonment and neglect. Of course I could stop here I also filed a complaint with the NYS Attorneys Generals Office. Please be aware!!!!!!

Worst dentist ever first they called in a script for an antibiotic I clearly told the nurse Im allergic to then replaced it with one I had a bad allergic reaction to which my case worker called to tell them and I just now got the replacement which is the same damn one under another name its like they're trying to kill me smh
