Getting Well Rx Pharmacy & Medical Supply

am really super impressed with the customer services here! Everything was smooth sailing. At first i was hesitant to transfer my father's prescriptions because its a bit far from him. As he is a elderly patient and needs his meds regularly, I could not afford to test things out with his meds and start with a new pharmacy. However, he needed some new meds after being discharged from the hospital and I decided to give Get Well Rx a try being that they were not too far from the hospital. They were able to help me get the medication my father needed within two hours!! They also delivered it for free!! So helpful when your taking care of another person to have this service and support. I ended up transferring all of his meds to them. Couldn't be happier!! Thank you again.

This is a very dicey situation. I'm sure they're fine with pharmacy services. They are also a UPS access point drop off site. Apparently, they managed to lose my package after a drop off. I would say to avoid them with the package handling given the circumstances. The accountability to this respect, given shipping is not their core business, is a problem even with proof of a scan. Update 5/12/2021 - The person that handled our inquiry did the correct follow up by looking at the security camera rather than just tell us to call UPS. It turns out the person on the job put my package on the wrong stash and it stayed in the store for a week. The only issue remains is that we had to go to the store to make the inquiry. A phone call would have sufficed, but we know they're busy helping customers all the time and has to wait for a period when there are no customers to get to us.

I com e here for my family’s prescription for a few years,because this pharmacy was so close to my home,girls at the register was friendly,last time they had problems with my insurance card,During the process, the pharmacist (who seemed to be the shop owner) was extremely impatient and unfriendly. What’s worse, after handing me the medication, she loudly announced what my medicine was for—completely lacking professionalism and basic decency.this is the last time I am here,never again

Refused to receive my package from UPS and as a drop off point. Idk what type of ups operation they are running. They didn't even refuse me they refused the actual ups driver delivering my package. I thought this would have been the safe option but it's big inconvenience. Avoid this headache. They should loose their ups drop pick up point/drop off point designation.

Avoid at all cost! I went to pick up my package that UPS dropped it at the pharmacy. They claimed they don’t have my package and avoid to give me the name that the person who spoke to me. I have the proof of my address, tracking number and InfoNotice number but still couldn’t find my package. That’s fine. Mr. Wai Leong Yuen is the person who responsible for this business so I will file a claim against him.
