I had an appointment here to do my Canadian immigration medical exam. The service was excellent. I got there for a 3 o'clock appointment and my appointment started on time and was quick and easy. They directed me exactly where to go to get all my tests done and were very professional.

This company is terribly rude don't use them!! I have called them time and time again to let them know they are wrongfully sending me patients charts and personal information to my work fax that isn't associated one bit to them. So if you choose to go here know your info isn't safe I've called so many times and get rude responses and hung up on when i try to tell them they are accidently sending me classified health and personal info to someone random across the US. So save your money and sanity and don't go here. I will be reporting them to hippa for this violation.

WARNING : THIS BUSINESS DISCRIMINATES AGAINST AFRICAN AMERICAN PATIENTS. I made a appt over 3 weeks ago & I made it clear that I have a hip disability. I was left waiting while walk in patients were seen before me. The only difference between me & the other patients is they were Asian. Discrimination is NOT ok.

I was referred to dr Anthony NG but he was unavailable for personal reasons so I met with dr. Donald Tsynman. He does appear to care about his patients. He seemed like the kind of dr that rushes through his apts so he can up the number he sees in a day, making more money. He asked me a few rushed questions then he wrote me a prescription for a strong PPI Inhibitor. DIDNT explain anything, did not care for what I had to say. And when I expressed concern about jumping to relying on a prescription he responded rudely and with a patronizing tone- as if I know nothing about my own body I did not enjoy my visit there and I will be finding a different GI practice

The front desk has horrible attitude and extremely rude. My first time to make apppontment. I asked more details about insurance. The are so unprofessional and impatient after I asked couple more few question and hung up on me. This attitude is unacceptable. If the stuffs are so bad, I guess the doctor won't be that great due to poor management.
