Ginseng City (纽约参茸城)

OMGG MY NEW GO TO TEA SHOP! I was on the search for various teas, stumbled on to this shop, and found a great variety of teas and herbs!! The tea tastes amazing and goes well by itself or used for desserts! Their tea looks and tastes so much more authentic compared to guru teas on social media! The price and quality is amazing, so much better than tea bags at regular grocery stores!

I've been coming here for their amazing quality of medicine and herbs! I love how friendly the staff are, especially the manager Lisa! I'm not fluent with Chinese, but Lisa did her best speaking to me in English which I really appreciate! Really love this establishment, truly recommend this store!

The herbs and ginseng here were extremely good, my family loved them! I would definitely come back for more, they would also make a great gift for family and friends. The customer service was great, helped me with recommendations and finding what I needed.

Just a regular place with different herbs, grown in Wisconsin. they dry them outside naturally. The lady was nice to my Asian friend. And couldn’t understand or didn’t want to try to assist me. Did not want to try to sell us anything. They take cash or debit if under $40. They do not take credit cards under that amount. Prices are by the pound.

Very bad experience at this palace. I found that the item that I bought was smell sour which that I never I had issue before. They keep saying that there is no quality issue. Refuse to refund or exchange.
