Ross & his company are aces! Great correspondence! Super attentive! Really pays attention to detail, which is so important! I sent Shipping quotes to five different companies, putting in Lot #’s of auction items with descriptions/titles of each item. To save time, I copied & pasted the information to each. But in my haste, I accidentally mixed in Lot numbers from two different auction houses, so the titles of each item did not match. There was too much information; it contradicted each other. It was confusing, to say the least.This was not a test😄, but Ross was the only one who picked up on it & brought it to my attention. It could have been a disaster but for him. I strongly & highly recommend him! Sheer Perfection! Many sincere thanks again!

I received great services from Russel and his team for a delivery from New-York to Montreal, the delivery was quick and the art work was super well protected.

Find another shipping store. Poor customer service. Looks like they still live in Ukraine and didn’t hear anything about customer service. Told me to wait half an hour on the street, even though I called them 15 mins ahead asking for working hours. No wonder that there’re so many complaints about lost packages at this location. Read reviews and don’t waste your time here.

Fair warning to all: Regardless of the nice 5 star reviews this company MEEST America Group LLC and Global Transit Group Inc. located at 2266 Bath Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11214 and Dmitriy Sukhonosov works there and related to this company are involved in some sort of UPS bill back SCAM. I received a bill from UPS for a package which was shipped to this business address from San Diego CA (I live in Illinois) A guy named Ruslan supposedly received the package in Brooklyn. I never shipped anything from San Diego to Brooklyn! Be careful with this type of scam. And, make sure that you report it to the BBB, on Yelp and to the authorities. I also contacted UPS informing of this scam.
