I used their services and was very skeptical because all of the reviews. But my experience was positive. I went to their offices in person, their staff is not the friendliest but they are not rude either which is totally fine. They told me to pick up my course by course evaluation in ten days and it was ready in 10 days, so very responsible. I would recommend their services.

The Arabic Speaking guy and the Spanish speaking lady are so nice and professional. They bring a human touch to the office. The others in the office might charge you for saying good morning :-) I had my evaluations in a timely manner. Overall satisfied with the service.

They went from 160$ to 550$ just to translate my grades of HS four years. The services I requested was priced as 220$ in a phone call. There was 550$ same request. Also said 3 days. They told me 20 days after I paid. Abusive!!!!!

BE CAREFUL AND CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! This is not my first experience applying for an evaluation of my diplomas, but it's the first time with this company (unfortunately, this company is listed among the recommended ones in New York by the association to which I need to send the evaluation). So, let me describe the situation: I first contacted this company on January 20, 2026, to have them evaluate my high school diploma, three university diplomas, and a certificate of specialization (completion of an internship). I provided scanned copies of all my diplomas and diploma supplements showing my grades. I provided scanned copies because all my documents had been stolen, and I even showed them the police report. Initially, I received a rather vague response regarding my scanned copies... I explained that there was a war going on in my country and in my city, and that it would be very difficult to obtain a transcript with grades, but I had scanned documents in a PDF file. To which, as I understand it, the owner said: "Okay, we'll do it." I paid $390 and happily went home. On January 23, 2026, I arrived to pick up the completed document and discovered that it only described my diplomas (i.e., there were no grades), and even my master's degree diploma was simply described as a year of study in a master's program. I asked why everything wasn't as promised, and the answer was: "But you don't have the original documents available" (aren't scanned documents in a PDF file considered originals?!). As an intelligent person, I tried to find out how we could solve this problem, and I received the answer that we could send your scanned documents in a PDF file to your educational institutions for verification, and this would cost: three diploma supplements = three equivalent grade points. I didn't do it that day, but I went to their company on January 26 2026 okay, let's start the process of confirming my points. And I asked them to send the evaluation document I received from them on January 23, 2026 to the association's email address, and I handed them the document. To which I received the answer, "Keep this document, we have a duplicate of your document and we will send it to the association." I said, "Okay, great..." Ultimately, I was informed that my bill was for $320. I asked for an itemized list of the charges, and they included $50 for a duplicate copy, even though I have the original in my possession and provided it to them for shipping, plus $20 for expedited processing of the duplicate and $10 for sending it via email. My question is, why are you charging for a duplicate and its expedited processing when the original is already available?! And the fact that I paid extra for expedited service the day before, and they promised to deliver everything in full, but failed to do so... In the end, I asked how the process would proceed from there, and I received the following answer: after your educational institutions confirm that these grades are yours, we will contact you, and you will need to pay another $290 for the evaluation of your grades. In the end, the school certificate and three diplomas (junior specialist, bachelor's and master's) cost $1000. And they even refused to accept the certificate of completion of the internship at the Medical University, rejecting it and telling me that I could simply include it in my resume?! And in the end, when I put on my jacket and picked up my bag to head towards the exit, the Asian guy handed my documents to another guy, and they were laughing very loudly while looking at me... A very unpleasant impression of these individuals. People turn to them for help, but in the end, they get scammed out of their money at every step. PS: In 2023, I had my educational qualifications verified at the New York Education Department and the evaluation was done by a different company. I paid $460 for the service, but it was clear, straightforward, and included step-by-step explanations, with no hidden extra charges (everything was as stated in the price list).

This center is the most terrifying place and all staff is very unprofessional. Had to do evaluation from them and what I get according to there main manager evaluation guy I still need to go to college. I already have 4 years completed university with bachelor degree and already been working in the top hospitals. Also years ago same evaluation center told me that my school was complited And I had a barchelor degree. What a shame same center two different evaluation for same paper work, and when confronted them I was told that the guys who did my evaluation no longer working . Bottom line they just think about their money , avoid them to other evaluation centers which are more professional and cheaper to.
