I am buying food from this place since 2003 / this is the absolute best small Chinese restaurant in NYC - food well cooked and tastes great / when I went there first there was grandfather cooking then father then now son cooking this is generational one of a kind place . They kept family quality / taste same for many years .

The restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They prepare Chinese cuisine. The restaurant is open until 12:00 PM on Friday and Saturday and 11:00 PM during this other days. It is closed on Wednesday. It has several tables for dining in but there are no servers. Soups 🍲, appetizers, entrees, special dishes, lunch specials, combination plates and a diet menu are available. I ordered soup, dumplings, young chow fried rice, chicken with black bean sauce, subgum pan fried noodles and lo mein noodles 🍜. The food was average in taste.

I found a hair in my food after food was delivered. I contacted the restaurant to replace the order in which the woman who answered refused and hanged the phone up on me. I walked over to the restaurant in the rain to request the replacement in person both the guy cook and woman who took my order both were already in rage and started yelling loud which was very unprofessional in front of other customers. The guy cook refused to remake my order. I took my refund and told them they just lost customers and went somewhere else and informed coworkers to be aware. They also came to my job yelling in rage and my manager had to get involved because they were more worried about bad reputation and losing customers but it was to late they should have corrected the error to begin with instead of yelling over the phone and hanging up. Overall horrible customer service experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they mess up your order good luck having it replaced.
