My boyfriend bought me a beautiful name plate from them, and when it accidentally popped, they fixed it super quickly no hassle at all. They also tightened one of my rings while I was there, which was such a nice touch. Great customer service and genuinely kind people. Highly recommend!

Came in today to have my diamond tennis bracelet and diamond ring fix, Brian was amazing he did such a phenomenal job on my piece. He explain to me with every detail of how he’s going to do it and how to care for it after it’s done. Price are very reasonable. This is the only jewelry place I'll go.My mom and father used to go when they were younger and when I needed a place to go now that im older they recommend this place and now this place is the only place Ill give business to. Just bought a white-gold bracelet here, and the whole process: getting it cut and sized, the consultation, and welding only took about 30 minutes. I'm only 13 years old and I could not be more happier with my first jewelry purchase. This is a family-owned business, and the staff are all incredibly kind and understanding.
