The massage area was dimly lit and separated only by curtains, which felt more like a temporarily clinic setup vs professional spa/massage environment. There was also a loud air conditioner right next to my head — not a relaxing at all. The massage itself was unenjoyable, painful at times, and didn’t feel therapeutic. After paying and leaving a 15–20% tip despite the experience, I was asked to tip more, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. Would not return. Do not recommend.
