The fact that they speak Chinese, English, and Spanish is such a great touch, making it even more welcoming. Quality repair work done here so quickly! I needed two bracelets that I live in and are sentimental to me resized to be a little smaller and they were able to get that done in just a few hours! Best of the best!!! If you are visiting Brooklyn, this is one of the hidden gems to take a look at. The prices are so worth it and the workers in there are always down to negotiate the price down for all of its clients. I am so glad I was able to come all the way down there to get the whole inner experience of an Chinese, Hispanic environment, where everyone in there is always down to have a nice convo with who ever. Btw the doggies in there are so adorable. If I can remember correctly, their names are Bebe and Buddy. So adorable!

Absolutely in love with this place; they have great prices and they helped you with everything. They even have ways you can pay monthly. I was there just “checking” and everything was so beautiful I ended up expending my whole pay hahah the staff so nice and friendly! I would suggest go with enough time and something in mind that way you can chose better.
