Huge menu to select from, and perfect cold treat for these hot summer days. Easy to order and came out quick, and they’ve got lychee slush which isn’t always offered at boba places.

Gong Cha certainly has tasty beverages, which help to beat the sweltering heat on an especially sunny and steamy late July day. 96° in the shade but perfect in the cool refreshing bliss of a Strawberry Cream Tea. Service can certainly be more friendly. The value is there and I will be back, hopefully greeted by a more happy and friendly team member.

Came here after a dinner and it was pretty good. Can never miss with a bubble tea at gongcha. My wife didn’t like her drink however because it tasted weird and was too sweet but I did enjoy my drink

The mango frozen drink with mango pearls is exquisite—I would come back a thousand times just for it. I highly recommend it. The matcha, on the other hand, is pretty standard, nothing special. Drinking it by the window while looking out at Chinatown was a nice experience. The music was really loud, and at one point, the worker went to the back to take a phone call, leaving us completely alone in the store.

Haven't had gng cha for a while. It is very disappointing. There is no tea flavor at all. Regular tea bags taste a lot stronger than it. And it cause $9 ( including tax) for something that has no taste. It doesn't worth it
