Went there and got my hair colored and cut with Gino on this past Sunday, incredible works and amazing services, there are snacks and water available. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, they checked on me several times even they were very busy that day. I will definitely come back. Thanks Gino and the team for the service!

Service was straightforward, I provided inspo photos and they gave me feedback on how it would turn with my kind of hair. I was checked on with each step they took and they even provided me with a free shampoo. It’s safe to say that I was satisfied with the result.

I used to always get my hair colored in Los Angeles, but this time in New York I was really satisfied with the experience. Everyone in the salon was warm and attentive, and at every step they confirmed the style and color I wanted. Since bleaching and coloring takes a long time, the staff even offered me some little cookies to snack on. Because I didn’t want an overly dramatic color, the final result (especially indoors. The special color is only clearly visible under sunlight. yeah!)turned out exactly the way I wanted—100%🥰I also noticed that other customers’ finished looks were impressive as well. Everything was wonderful, and I’m sure I’ll come back next time to try their straightening service!!

The hidden gem in flushing! My hair was in messy colors but the stylist here helped me to make my hair into the solid red that I wanted. Chris would gave professional advice on your hair and also make sure you got what you wanted. The results turned out perfect. Besides the professional part, the staffs are all very nice people. Feels comfortable spending hours there! Will def come back!

Service was good, besides the fact that they burn your scalp while blow drying your hair, and pull your hair out a lot when applying the dye. But my hair did not look like my inspo picture at all. I confronted them but their rebuttal wasn’t reasonable saying they included the silver/ash blonde balayage when I told them that I wanted a fuller ash blonde look in my hair. They also dyed my hair brown? and told me there was brown in the inspo picture but I personally don’t see it. Additionally, they shampooed and conditioned my hair four times trying to get the purple color out of the lighter strands of my hair, which they said will wash off after some washes. In conclusion, the best they were able to fix my hair was to dye the roots of my hair darker, which kind of fixed it but I still had to pay full price and I left the store unsatisfied with my hair. Also I stayed in the salon for 8 hours just for my hair to not look like my inspo picture, I truly trusted the process.
