Oof. That kind of experience is so frustrating — especially when you’re paying good money and expecting professionalism. When the service is bad and the fees are high? That hits twice. 😤

The staff were deceptive from the beginning. Before placing the order, I specifically asked whether the carpet had any smell. They assured me there was none and kept emphasizing that it was an “American carpet” with a guarantee. I trusted them. However, after the carpet was installed, all three members of my family started coughing. The smell was very strong and unpleasant. Even one week later, the odor was still terrible. Why didn’t they tell us the truth beforehand? We have a child at home. If I had known it would smell this bad, I absolutely would not have chosen this carpet. What made things worse was the furniture moving fee. They kept emphasizing this charge when I placed the order. $450 USD to move furniture?! $250 USD just to move one bed? That is outrageous. It felt unreasonable and excessive. My husband and I ended up moving everything ourselves because we were so frustrated. On top of that, the carpet quality is terrible. The fibers were already falling out immediately after installation. It looked worn from day one. I am sharing my experience so others can be aware before making the same mistake.
