GP Dental

I had a very pleasant experience with GP Dental. During my implant procedures, Dr. Chen was exceptionally professional, gentle, and attentive. Furthermore, all of my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered and explained. A big shout out to Elena for taking great care of me from beginning to end. Thank you Dr. Chen and your excellent team for a job well done. I highly recommend GP Dental for all your dental needs!!!

Such a nice dentist office. Everyone was kind and gave me information in a way I understood. State of the art in my opinion. Screens at your chair playing relaxing music. Loved the cute stickers I saw everywhere. Very little wait time. Recommending people to come here. Great experience as an adult i can only imagine how well they do with children. Just a great overall experience.

I walked in as emergency- with a neverending toothache and was seen for a free consultation right away. First impression : very clean and great service. Front desk girl was polite and efficient. Second Impression : X-ray technician professional. Their imaging machines super modern (digital) which makes taking uncomfortable x-rays fast. The room itself is also clean. Last Impression : Dr. Chen bedside manners very gentle and nice. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning. His dental assistant also was very caring and nice. I would definitely return to this practice and recommend for emergencies or for regular dental checkups.

Both location here and at Grand Ave are not great. They say they deal with root canal cases, but I had a root canal issue and they refused to take it because it looked “too complicated”. They didn’t even bother to try or at least refer me to another dental office that does it. They abandon you as soon as they realize your case was too complicated for them to deal with. They simply don’t care.

I had an extremely negative experience with this dentist. He clearly lacked the proper experience with dental implants and completely ruined my teeth. The implants were set too high, and he ground down so much of the surrounding area that metal was exposed. When that failed, he even resorted to grinding down my healthy teeth in an attempt to make things fit — and it still didn’t work. The result has been a disaster that has caused me lasting damage and stress. What should have been a solution to restore my smile has instead turned into a nightmare. I would strongly caution anyone considering implants here to seek care from a more qualified and experienced professional.
