I went to Gplus Spa for the first time for a lash set, and I had an amazing experience! The place was super relaxing, clean, and welcoming. The lash tech made me feel very comfortable and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. I absolutely love how my lashes turned out — they look beautiful and natural! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Gplus to my friends. 💕

A place to relieve anxiety and restore energy! The elegant, tranquil atmosphere is instantly relaxing upon entering, with the subtle scent of lavender and soft music playing. 🛋️ The masseuse's technique is incredibly professional! Her pressure is just right, from fingertips to shoulders, precisely targeting every tight muscle. My aching back and waist feel so relaxed after all this kneading, pushing, and pulling. 💫 The shop also thoughtfully provides warm tea and snacks. The service is fantastic. 💕

I had this massage yesterday, Monday, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The massage itself was far below expectations honestly not even that good. Definitely not worth the time or money. The staff do not speak English, which on its own I tried to be understanding about. They made noises and used hand motions to communicate, and while I let it slide in the moment, for a business this is extremely unprofessional and leads to serious misunderstandings. I purchased a prepaid Groupon package, meaning the service was already fully paid for. After the massage ended, they demanded additional payment for “tax,” which is completely wrong. This was a prepaid service there should have been no surprise charges afterward. It gets worse. I initially left a $10 tip, but as I was literally walking out the door, the masseuse ran after me with a sign saying I had to tip $20 instead. She pressured me at the door and ended up taking the full $20 from me, despite me already tipping and clearly trying to leave. This felt forced and extremely uncomfortable. Another major issue: they don’t even properly close the curtains when you’re changing. There was little to no privacy, which is a huge red flag for a massage establishment. I truly hope the owner of this business is aware of the kind of damage these practices are doing to customers, to their reputation, and to any chance of repeat business. Save your time, your money, and your dignity. This place is unprofessional, pushy, and shady. Go literally anywhere else.

I am highly disappointed I decided to try this place because of the reviews. Came in today Friday feb 20 4:50 was my appointment. The girl that did my lashes was there alone front desk girl definitely inexperienced with doing lash extensions it was my first time coming the reason I wanted to try this place is because is right next to my job which would convenient for me because my original lash place is in main st. I saw that they had a Groupon so I called before paying for the Groupon and was told that they will match the price and not pay for the Groupon I book a 3d lash set with 200 lashes original price on their site is 160 Groupon $88 these are clearly a $65 set they are gappy the corner in one eye is crissed crossed and the other corner is lighter when she finished and removed the tape gave me the mirror it was hard to see because the place has very dimmed lights but I was able to see the caps and one corner is darker then the other she then reput the tape and tried to fix them when she was done It still was gappy and the darker corner now is criss-cross they at this point i was frustered because obviously she was inexperienced they feel stiff and cheap as if a girl thats practicing did them for free. These lashes are not 3d and are cheap I'm so unhappy and disappointed at this point I want to remove them. I will never ever go back there. I gave the girl a 15 dollar tip I should of not given her anything when she was done she gave me water and a cookie so basically I spent $105 for a cookie a water. I been doing my lashes with Ele lashes for well over 3 years with Mary. I rather keep traveling to main st flushing her 3d lashes are $100 they are full no gaps and feel natural and last about 6 weeks she does an amazing job always have this is what I get for cheating on my lash lady never again. You guys could of had a returning customer that tips well its a shame what a waste of time and money this was. Do not go here its a waste. Im home and just saw them in real light and im so dam annoyed. All these good reviews are fake and I will be sure to let my family friends and coworkers know never to come here!
