I only have good things to say about Geace Dental. The office was bright and clean, the front desk lady was very polite and welcoming, and Dr Grace Kim was the most gentle and caring Dentist I’ve ever met. She was softly spoken and very gentle with injections, I barely felt anything going in my mouth. Among so many dental places in Flushing, I am so happy that I found this one.

This dentist doesn’t even deserve 1 star as I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this dentist's office. My father had an appointment this morning and arrived early, filled out all the necessary paperwork, and waited patiently for his turn. To our shock, another patient who arrived 30 minutes after him was called in before him. we later realized that the late patient had bribed the receptionist with cash, which was why the receptionist let her go first even though she arrived much later than my dad. When my father confronted the receptionist about why the late patient was called before him, despite his long wait, he received no satisfactory explanation. The situation was further aggravated when the female dentist came out, listened to the complaint, and then completely ignored him, returning to her office without addressing the issue. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. It’s appalling to think that this practice condones such behavior. The lack of professionalism and transparency here is disturbing. My father was so infuriated by the experience that he left without his appointment, and we will never return. If you are reading this please avoid this dentist’s office at all costs. They don’t deserve to see patients and to make money off of them. There are so many negative reviews of this practice and it’s a clear reflection of the poor service and unethical practices here.

I visited this dentist office and let me tell you it was one of the worst experiences of my life. During my appointment, this dentist seemed completely unaware of what she was doing. BUT I was wrong. Not only did I leave with raging pain in my mouth, but the dentist also damaged the roots of my front tooth. SO the tooth turned black and it's completely DEAD now. Thanks to her whenever I look in the mirror I see a black gap in the front. Even if you really need urgent care, never come to this place.

Ill be honest the front desk and the dr is friendly BUT LACK of experience. ... My Zirconia bridge broke in 1 year and it's uneven. Very ugly. .... I spent 5000 here and I had more money left to do the back off my teeth but I was so angry didn't go back and didn't even get my money back. When she was doing my teeth it hurted alot because she didn't do the anesthesia for dental so it was painful and I was keep telling her but she was keep doing it. Besides that they r very friendly but cosmetic treatments I do not recommend going here.
