Therapist is personable & recommended the proper treatment for my neck pain.

My bone on bone knee felt better almost immediately. The doctor and staff are kind and professional. Went from difficulty walking due to pain to no pain at all.

I gave 1 star just to leave this review, otherwise it'd be no stars. This place is very unprofessional. I had an appointment today at 12pm. The GPS ended up taking me to a wrong address, so I called them up at 12:08pm. As soon as the receptionist answers, she tells me right away oh we close at 1pm, I said okay, it's 12:08pm. I'm calling to get directions bc i dont see your office. Already clearly wanted to leave early, bc u close at 1 not 12 and they were pushing the fact they close at one, as if to make me reschedule. They said the GPS left me wrong place so they were giving me instructions. GPS left me a block away. No problem, as soon as I get there I provide ID insurance card. Had to resend my referral 2x bc apparently they didn't have it. Mind you I made the appointment Thursday 10.24. The receptionist who made the appointment for me, checked the email confirmed to receiving it. So I asked her to check the referral while i was on the line to ensure I had everything correct and if anything else was needed she could let me know. She checked asked me what I was coming in for i said chronic pain due to a chronic condition I have. I have my MRI results as well to bring or send if need be she said no need referral is fine. OK, she made the appointment. Today Saturday the day of my appointment the person was a male, was delaying the process taking his time. Mind u when i called they were already complaining stating they close at 1pm. But i got there 12:10. Again, clearly not wanting to service me from the start. The man looked at the referral and long story short was telling me I'm there for dizziness. I said what no I am not. I'm here due to pain I had my MRI results he refused to look at. Under the CPT codes for PT referral reason and treatment the doctor listed all the conditions I have. He was arguing with me very unprofessional telling me I was wrong I need a new referral. CLEARLY BC THEY WANTED TO LEAVE SINCE THE BEGINNING PUSHING THE FACT THEY CLOSE AT 1PM. I provided the same referral my neurologist gave me 2 years ago just this one was update for current day and year, so i could be seen as soon as possible; given my MRI came back worse then the one i did previously. The last PT office I saw treated me and did not give me any problems. Unfortunately, that PT no longer takes my insurance otherwise I would have went there. I tried to give this place a shot. But after the way that man treated me and the other doctor that works there. Will never go back. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Especially after I made sure to speak with their receptionist on Thursday to make sure everything was correct bc I am that thorough, since I also am in the medical field. I know how these things can be. She said you're all good, everything is good, see u Saturday. Here I am on a Saturday wasted my time, did not get serviced, and walked out of there in pain. Extremely frustrating when you suffer from a chronic condition, and you look forward to getting therapy to alleviate your pain, just to get turned away because they didn't want to work. I have call log receipts I can show if they try to lie in their reply. As well as the medical referral and MRI results that I tried to show, and he disregarded seeing that and turned me away. Disgusting place don't recommend and sad that ppl behave this way.
