Everybody is very nice. Everything is kept clean. Appointments are easy to make. Dentists explain everything about your procedure thoroughly.

I had Very good experience with her .the dentist and her stuff are very friendly and helpful. They take care of me very well.i come in with alot of pain and had infection in tooth after walking out from her office i had no pain and after 2 days the infection disappear.i would recommend all my family members and friends to her office.

I was recommended by a friend to come to this Dental office. Their office staff Lisa was very nice and explained to me what to expect. But the main dentist that I needed to see was Dr. Grace Feng! I can tell that she cares about her patients the moment I was on the dental chair. I was really nervous at first, but she is both professional and very gentle making sure I was comfortable through out my procedure. She was checking from time to time if I was feeling any pain or not. I will be coming back again for my other dental needs. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Did they want my teeth to rot away? The office itself is fine, but my experience was alarming. I went in for a cleaning and repeatedly asked whether I had any cavities because I suspected I might. The dental hygienist told me I did not. I asked to see the dentist so she could provide her opinion. Dr. Grace Feng then briefly glanced at my X-rays, barely examined my teeth, and told me I had no cavities, repeating a generic script about brushing and flossing. At that point, I knew, whether I had cavities or not, they really did not care to actually check. The next month I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was diagnosed with three cavities. I’m genuinely confused and concerned about how this was missed.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the front desk and scheduling process at this office. I attempted to schedule an appointment twice, and both times resulted in a negative experience. For the first appointment, I was told to reschedule at the last minute. The second appointment was not in the system at all when I arrived, causing me to waste my time. This lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. It appears the reception staff requires further training on proper scheduling procedures to prevent this from happening to future patients.
